RAW IRISH HONEY
TASTE THE WILDFLOWERS OF COUNTY CORK
What is Raw Honey?
Raw honey means that the honey is not heated past a temperature where all the good bacteria are killed. We take care in processing our honey at a lower temperature to prevent any healthy goodness from being taken away. Honey has so many great qualities to it, so to name a few:
Anti-fungal Properties
Anti-bacterial Properties
Immune boosting
One of the primary uses of honey is for cold and flu symptoms as it helps soothe the throat and help with a dry cough. Not to mention it is tasty!
(please do your own research about Raw Honey before you take my word for it. I’m just the messenger.)
